9n16 provides a vertical short-form video streaming platform. Users can access content via a freemium model using virtual "Coins" or via a VIP Subscription.

3. Virtual Coins and Subscriptions

Coins: Virtual coins purchased through the App Store or Google Play are non-refundable. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

VIP Subscription: Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your respective app store settings.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe upon the rights of others.
• Attempt to bypass DRM, download, or scrape content without authorization.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on 9n16, including videos, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Engizek Films GmbH or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
